Meryl Streep to reprise Miranda Priestly in ‘The Devil’s Wears Prada’ sequel

Meryl Streep is set to reprise her role as Miranda Priestly, the verbally abusive runway magazine stylish boss of Anne Hathaway's character in "The Devil Wears Prada". According to Streep, she is willing to reprise the role but she has to get down to a Miranda-approved size.

According to Entertainment Weekly, author Lauren Weisberger is penning "Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns," which takes place eight years after the 2006 bestseller.

In the follow-up, Andy (Anne Hathaway) is now the editor at The Plunge, a hot bridal magazine, working alongside Emily (Emily Blunt). In the process of planning her own wedding, Andy's world collides with her stiletto-loving former boss.

The filming for the "Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns" will have to wait for the release of the book, which is slated to hit the shelves in April 2013.
